This fall in Santa Monica, California, we’re proud to offer Mindful Agility Training, a no-cost, two-day immersive workshop designed specifically for public safety professionals. This training is made possible through a grant from the Unlikely Collaborators Foundation and is delivered in partnership with the UCSD Center for Mindfulness, Mindful Badge, and the Santa Monica Police Department.
Resilience for the Real World of Public Safety
Whether you’re on the street, in the rig, at the console, in the tower, or on scene, public safety work demands you stay sharp, steady, and ready—often in moments of chaos. Mindful Agility Training is a two-day, immersive workshop designed specifically for first responders: police, fire, EMS, dispatchers, lifeguards, and other public safety professionals who show up when it matters most.
This isn’t about slowing down—it’s about learning to move through stress with more clarity and control. Drawing from mindfulness science, trauma-informed practices, and performance psychology, this training gives you tactical tools to help you reset, refocus, and lead under pressure.

Each participant who completes the training will take home a mindfulness training kit including a meditation cushion, yoga mat, journal and other resources.
